You can browse, read, and contact us through this site under these terms. By using it you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Engagements
Engineering work is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work. The SOW supersedes anything on this site for that specific project — including timelines, fees, IP, and warranties.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, copy, and code on keelroot.com are © Keelroot S.r.l.. Client deliverables transfer to the client per the SOW, typically on final payment. Background tools, internal libraries, and know-how remain ours unless we explicitly assign them.
Warranty & disclaimer
This site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is fit for a particular purpose.
Engineering services come with the warranties in the SOW — typically a 30-day defect-correction window and a documented SLA for ongoing support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for anything related to this site is limited to €100. For engagements, liability is capped per the SOW (typically the fees paid in the prior 12 months for the engagement in question). We never exclude liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version date at the top reflects the last change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
